Ramit Mizrahi

Mediator Ramit Mizrahi is recognized as one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers (2023-2024) and Top 50 Women Super Lawyers (2022-2024) in Southern California, as a Pasadena Magazine Top Attorney (2015-2024), and by U.S News & World Report in Best Lawyers in America (2019-2024).

Ramit graduated from Yale Law School, has a Master’s degree with Merits in Gender & Social Policy from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree with Highest Honors from UC-Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She has trained at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. She is on the Central District of California mediation panel and previously volunteered with Resolve Law LA, where she received a certificate of appreciation from the Los Angeles Superior Court for her contributions.

Ramit is Chair of the Pasadena Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section, Past Chair of the California Lawyers Association Labor and Employment Law Section, and former Editor-in-Chief of the California Labor and Employment Law Review. She regularly speaks on panels relating to employment law. Her work has been published in the Yale Law Journal, the California Labor & Employment Law Review, and Advocate magazine.

In her spare time, she is a magic aficionado/associate member of the Academy of Magical Arts (Magic Castle) and a sourdough bread baker.
